There are chat sites springing up all over the Internet as sites try to establish "virtual communities." There is less need now for plugins and special software
as chat becomes java and html based. YahooChat
is a good place to start. Yahoo, AOL, and ICQ Instant Messengers have web based
versions you can use when you don't have the IM software installed on the Internet
connected computer you are using. AOL's AIM Express can be accessed at this
