The Wireless Router may cause interference to (and
interfere with) other devices operating in the 2.4 Ghz frequency range.
Siemens and other cordless phones are the most commonly used devices in this
radio spectrum. If you suspect that your cordless phone and wireless router
are interfering with each other, do the following:
Check that your phone operates in the 2.4 Ghz range frequency range. If
not (many use 900 Mhz), it cannot be causing interference with your wireless
router.
If your phone operates in this frequency, move the cordless phone base
station to the lowest floor possible in your home, or if you live in a
one-story house, try to place the base station directly below the wireless
router's location on the roof.
If the interference occurs only when you're using your cordless phone
outside in the yard, avoid using it outside at the same time when someone is
accessing the Internet with the computer.
If you've done all of the above and there is still interference from your
cordless phone, please contact Widomaker's support for assistance.
