Subject: [SUPPORT] Two Planned Service Outages

In the next 7 days we will have two planned service outages.  These 
outages are due to upgrades we are performing to our network that will 
improve our ability to serve you.

The first outage will occur Sunday, February 16th, from 2:00 AM EST 
until 3:00 AM EST.  This outage will effect our WidoSat customers 
only.  WidoSat customers will still be able to dial in directly, but 
high speed download through the satellite dish will be offline.

The second outage will take place on Wednesday, February 19th, from 2:00 
AM EST until approx 4:00 AM EST.  During this period Widomaker's modem 
pool's will be offline.  This will effect all dialup, dialup ISDN, and 
WidoSat customers.  xDSL, high speed dedicated, and Wireless customers 
will be uneffected by this outage.

Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience these 
service outages may cause.  If you have any comments, questions or
