08-13-2004 Widomaker has received the following notice from our satellite service partner. Please note that Widomaker's office and telephone support will be operating as normal at this time.
Due to the impending hurricane that is going to hit Florida today, the ISAT offices will be closed. Technical support will be at a minimum with return calls severely delayed. 100 MPH plus winds are predicted in some areas and everyone is being asked to stay off of the roads.
Also, please note that the ISAT Teleport facility in Atlanta will be experiencing severe weather conditions over the course of the next several days that may affect satellite connectivity and result in periodic service interruptions until the weather passes. This may result in a customer's satellite icon turning red and losing satellite connectivity. If a customer is disconnected from the satellite they will be able to continue to surf over dial-up until these conditions cease. If you or your users lose connectivity, please point your browser to; http://www.weather.com/weather/map/USGA0028?name=dopplerradar100mile_large_animated&day=1 to view the weather conditions at our uplink facility before attempting to contact our Technical Support staff. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
