Subject: [SUPPORT] Labor Day office closure, Upcoming Service Outage 9-8-04

On Sep 6th, 2004 (this Labor Day) Widomaker's offices will be closed so our employees may spend Labor Day with their families. Our offices will reopen at 8 am (EDT) on Sep 7th.

On Sep 8th at 12:00 am (EDT), Widomaker will begin a 6 hour maintanence period. During this time, various services will be unreachable. Most noticeable will be the Widomaker mail servers, Widomaker's Webmail service, and our main webserver. The outages are expected to only last 1 hour and the remainder of the time window will be used for monitoring. During this time while our e-mail servers are unreachable, no e-mail will be lost as our redundant servers will spool all incoming messages for later delivery to your mailboxes.

Please accept our apologies in advance for the disruption caused by this planned maintenance period.
