Due to hurricane Ivan, the ISAT Teleport facility in Atlanta is currently experiencing severe weather conditions that may affect satellite connectivity and result in periodic service interruptions until the weather passes. This may result in a customer's satellite icon turning red and losing satellite connectivity. If a customer is disconnected from the satellite they will be able to continue to surf over dial-up until these conditions cease.
