This afternoon, (Friday, September 9, 2007), as of 1:20PM, customers may be experiencing slowness when connecting to sites and web pages on the Internet. An upstream provider is currently having network issues causing general slowness and packet loss when opening Internet sites. The upstream provider is already aware of the issue and is working to resolve it at this time.
(This issue is unrelated to any previously announced issue or maintenance)
UPDATE: ~3:45PM - It appears that the upstream provider has corrected the network problem. Speed and connectivity are restored.
