The Architectural Review Committee meets the 3rd Wednesday
of each month at 4:00 P.M. at the Port Anne Clubhouse.
All homeowners are welcome to attend.

ARC Mission Statement
Fair, consistent, and reasonable control of architectural design
and landscaping of single family detached houses is appropriate,
necessary, and valuable in a quality community. The Architectural
Review Committee is charged with the responsibility of reviewing proposals
for new construction and subsequent changes submitted by property
owners/builders for approval. The plans are evaluated as to their
compliance with the Port Anne Architectural, Renovation and Modification
Guidelines. The Committee is authorized to approve or reject proposals,
and offer recommendations, and communicate its decisions and/or
recommendations to the property owner/builder and to the City of Williamsburg.
