Microsoft Windows Users: When prompted, download and save the TakeControl.exe file to your computer. Once the download is complete, click to open the TakeControl.exe file.
Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and Managed Workstations customers do not need to perform these steps. Remote Support software is included with those services.
